       Operating Suites

The Operation Theater is designed on internationally accepted sterility norms with anti-bacterial & anti-static vinyl flooring & walls and specially imported OT Lights from system One, USA. Each theater has an independent air-conditioner system with advanced laminar flow. Niramaya Hospital also provides intra-operative x-ray monitoring, these facilities are provided by a 'C' arm. Lasers, operating microscopes, sophisticated cauterization machines, high-end anaesthesia and patient monitoring systems facilitate the work of the surgeons.

        Multi-bed AC Rooms

Located on the fifth & sixth floors of the Niramaya Hospital, the special ward comprises of 10 rooms. Air conditioned rooms with the choice of single, twin, triple & multi bed sharing, are fitted with LCD TVs with headphones for privacy. Each room features multiposition full fowler beds, large bathrooms with separate shower & dry area. The aesthetically designed rooms with homelike décor, nurse call systems etc. and beautiful ambience have attached balconies with an open landscape view giving the patients and their relatives a sense of relaxation.

        General Wards

Niramaya Hospital has wards for every group of patients, such as general medicine, surgery, eye, ENT, neurology, gynaecology etc. The well designed and well spaced out general wards are located on the 3rd & 4th floors. The ward provides comfort to all its patient with each semifowler bed having its own privacy with customized glass panels, modular curtains, nurse call system and EPBX system. Water cooler, water purifier, generator backup and central oxygen are some of the other vital facilities provided with in the ward.

The 11-bed high-tech intensive care unit for Adults as well as Neonates is well equipped with high-end multi-position remote controlled beds, multiple parameter monitors, phototherapy units, warmers, central monitoring station, ventilators, external pacemaker, dialysis and other life saving equipments. MD Intensivists are present round-the-clock.
